I'm a dad, husband, engineer, technical leader, bluegrass musician, and rec hockey player. I currently lead the Hardware organization for Magnet Forensics.

I've had a varied and interesting career: I've shipped a number of consumer electronics products as an electrical engineer, joined an agtech startup, worked for myself as an embedded systems consultant, took a brief detour into defense, and now work in cybersecurity at the Director level.

I used to write stuff like this on my GitHub Pages blog, but I got sick of wrangling pure Markdown in middle age, so I built this little webapp to write with instead. That blog is still live, if you want to see it.. I just rarely update it any more.
